Heel Map is a Medford orchard plat. Althea does not inherit a relief letter from a catalog. She hatches the heel as terrace rows, Benno checks whether that terrace actually leaves Bear Creek silt, and Willa files high, low, or refused.

Why a lot
Letters are stickers. Terraces are rows.
People walk in holding a relief they liked in Ashland: more heel, less heel, "whatever the shop on the plaza said." Rogue silt does not file plaza letters. It files whether the heel terrace enters Bear Creek dew, and whether it leaves pear-row grain.
Willa Skye will not average a high terrace with a low terrace as a courtesy. If the sand wants an upper row and the 56 wants a lower row, those are two lots, not a blended hatch.

My "more heel" was an upper row pretending to be helpful. Benno dropped the terrace. Bear Creek stopped holding the face for a hearing.
I tried to stake irrigation hours and Roxy Ann wind on one hatch. Althea handed me two stakes. I paid for the second sand. The orchard was right.
